Once we receive your request, we will get to work checking availability of the products and sending you a quote of everything you requested. Once you receive that quote, you can call us to make any changes you might need.
An order is reserved after a 20% deposit of the total rental fee is paid. This deposit guarantees the items on the quote are reserved for your rental dates.
While your 20% deposit payment is non-refundable, cancellations due to COVID-19 through April 2021 will receive credit for any payments which can be applied to future reservation in 2021.
No! Any dishware that you rent will be professionally cleaned and sanitized by our staff. However, we do require that all dishware be thoroughly rinsed of all food and food residue before returning. Food often dries onto the dishes, making it almost impossible to wash; rinsing them is so helpful for us!
Any dishware returned with food remaining will be cleaned, but will incur an additional cleaning fee.
